Have you seen that BEAR nibbles are currently working with The Wildlife Trusts to help get little ones…and their little paws…outdoors! What a perfect combination of healthy living and healthy (and yummy) snacking. Mia and Joe absolutely love BEAR snacks and have recently been trying our their new paws and claws nibbles. They are prolific snackers and it can be difficult keeping all of their snack options healthy and nutritious. BEAR’s pure fruit shapes are perfect though; they love the taste, the cute colourful packaging, and of course the collectable BEAR cards!
As part of BEAR’s partnership with The Wildlife Trusts they are encouraging children to get back to nature and enjoy play outdoors. Mia and Joe enjoy lots of outside time, and we are always looking for fun new outdoors activities. They had never tried yoga before (well, not since baby yoga at 3 months old!), and I knew it was something they would love. So making the most of a sunny afternoon, we set up a yoga mat in the garden to enjoy some fresh air and stretching!
Mia was very enthusiastic, and after I had persuaded her to warm up a little, she was busy inventing her own creative yoga moves!
It was a lovely mix of yoga and dance, and could probably catch on as the next big exercise trend…perhaps! With the sun shining, and the bees buzzing on the lavender in the background, we both enjoyed a happy few hours, getting back to nature with some gentle exercise.
And afterwards of course it was time for a little snack, and a nice cold drink!

BEAR kindly sent us several boxes of nibbles to try out for review, and a yoga mat for the little ones to enjoy! All words and opinions are my own (and my children’s)…we really think they are yummy!
