Mia beetroot

Joe wallA portrait of my children once a week, every week, in 2015

Mia: we found the biggest beetroot ever at the allotment, and she was wearing just the right colour to hide behind it!
Joseph: has a wooden hammer, that is really part of a baby toy, but he loves it so much, and spends lots of time fixing (denting) objects around the house. The photo is very blurry, but I think this is just how Joe is, always on the move!
Linking up with Jodi’s beautiful portraits at Practising Simplicity for the 52 project.

I made beetroot chocolate brownies, and used the whole beetroot! I’ll have to post the recipe, it worked surprisingly well!

Boy are always a blur of motion, leaving dents wherever they go…
