The Easter holidays are in full swing and we have been out enjoying lots of lovely local activities. Although the weather has not been so great, we have still found plenty of outdoors things to do, including a trip to the farm last weekend.
Our local farm holds annual lambing weekends, which are always very popular and are so much fun. As well as visiting the lambs and mama sheep in the lambing sheds, there was also an Easter egg hunt around the farm. After running around for hours (and getting
slightly very windswept) we retreated to the cafe in one of their cosy barns for tea and cake.
The lambing weekends held at the Earth Trust have finished for this year, but they a running an Easter Outdoor Fun Day this Sunday and Woodland Adventure later in the week. Take a look at their website’s What’s On for more info.
