Today was springtime-overload, in a very good way! There was warm sunshine, coffee in the garden, bare feet, trampolining, a farm visit, baby lambs & piglets, and daffodils everywhere! There was carrot cake too, but that’s not particularly spring-y!
We visited the Earth Trust at Little Wittenham for one of their lambing weekends. Although we often visit the Earth Trust and the nearby Wittenham Clumps, our last visit to the lambing event was two years ago; I wrote a post about it here. It is one of my favourite local places; a great open space for exploring, and always has thoughtfully arranged activities for children (we spent over an hour hunting for nine cardboard sheep…and found seven!)
