Goodness knows where March has gone! It is nearly the end of the month, just in time for this month’s ‘eating with the seasons’.
Radishes are such a beautiful vegetable, really easy to grow, and amazingly tasty too! My family find my love of radish sandwiches quite funny. I am a firm believer in simple being best though, and thin radish slices on bread, with good butter and a tiny sprinkle of salt on top is just about perfect!
