I had a wonderful trip to France (despite the grey skies) and got slightly carried away taking photos of the beautiful town of Wimereaux. It has a lovely feeling of faded grandeur in the winter, elaborate Victorian houses and hotels with shutters closed and an almost empty beach. I imagine it’s quite different in the summertime, and I’m already planning a return visit.

I have more photos of my trip to share, including Mia’s photos of the ferry crossing (they’re very good!)
