a walk around radley lakes

I visited Radley lakes, near Abingdon, Oxfordshire on Monday. It was the last day of holidays before returning to work, and perfect weather for a little walk!

The lakes had been threatened with closure a few years ago, but thanks to the locals and the Earth Trust it has developed into a a nature reserve and wetlands centre. It made a great New Years walk…followed by lunch in the pub, of course!
